The Challenge
Home services marketplaces live or die on trust and friction — customers need to feel confident inviting a stranger into their home, and the booking process has to be simpler than picking up the phone. CLEAN i.T needed a platform that could:

Streamlined Four-Step Booking Flow We structured the entire customer journey around four clear steps — Login, Book, Confirm, Pay — removing every unnecessary decision point so a booking takes minutes, not phone calls.
Property & Service Configuration The booking engine lets customers select their property type and the exact services they want, then choose a date and time that fits their schedule — giving customers full control without needing to negotiate with a provider directly.
Trust-First UI/UX Design Messaging and layout were built around CLEAN i.T’s core differentiators — ease of use, vetted professional partners, fixed final pricing, availability-based scheduling, trained and credible staff, and secure electronic payments — placing these directly where hesitant first-time customers would look for reassurance.
